Shipping policy


  • Free shipping on every order, anywhere in India.
  • Dispatch: orders are packed and handed to our courier within 1 to 2 working days.
  • Delivery: 5 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas can take longer.
  • Cash on Delivery is available on all orders, at no extra charge.
  • Tracking: once your order ships, we send the tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
  • Address: please check your address and phone number before placing the order. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.
  • Failed delivery: if the courier cannot deliver after 3 attempts, the order comes back to us. For prepaid orders we refund the amount minus the shipping cost. Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead us to disable COD for that phone number.
  • International shipping: we currently ship only within India.
  • Delays: festivals, weather or courier issues can delay delivery. We will keep you updated.
